    Absolutely! I recruit all over the world. Executive Search requires mapping candidates both locally and internationally. It also depends a lot on whether the role is based onsite or remotely (both of which I recruit for).

    The fee 20% of base annual salary. This is split into 3 payments (start-up, shortlist, hired candidate)

    Yes! While my specialism is within Product and Agile, I can recruit for other positions my clients need help with. Tech/Engineering is also a sweet spot of mine, having recruited tech all my career. A Scrum team is no use without the development team!
