Christian Payne is an expert tech recruiter with over 20 years of experience. English and based in Denmark since 2010. Fluent in English and (almost) Danish.

Hired over 1000 candidates, across 50+ different companies, and relocated over 200 candidates to Denmark.

Yes. While Tech is our expertise, we are very experienced in hiring across all corporate roles. This is very common for clients on our Partnership Plan, where we hire for all roles.

Our market expertise is in Denmark. Then closely followed by the rest of the Nordic countries. We can also recruit to other countries.

Absolutely. The majority of the hiring we do is for experienced candidates at the leadership level (2-10+ years of experience). We also hire for C-level positions, and this comes with a deeper market research analysis.

We charge a very competitive rate of 15% of annual salary for leadership positions. We can also agree on a fixed fee that is a similar amount.

For our Partnership Plan, we partner with a maximum of 5 clients. This ensures we can offer the best service, maintain top quality, and provide exceptionally fast response and delivery times. So if you are interested in partnering with us, contact us quickly!

We are a remote-first business. However, for our Partnership Plan and clients in Denmark, we often offer to work onsite for a few days a month, and we like to get immersed in your culture and work closely together!
